+ -1 moreWe were pre-approved by long and fosters mortgage broker for a mortgage on a house we made an offer on. It fell through because of self-employment income. Ok so far. But Long and Foster acted as a dual agent and kept our entire deposit of $3,000 to appease the seller and keep the listing. Steer clear of these people.
