He turned out not to be a very reliable. If a problem turned out, he would ignore it. He used to tell that he would come and fix it, but I would never see him again. The price was fairly high. Where he was good, he was quite good. His carpenters were really good. He had painters paint the outside of the house when it was freezing or ever cold and the paints came off. He hired someone else to do a good job, but the parts that the original painter did have peeled badly.
