FCT Painting & Power Washing

They were conciencous about the surrounding areas. They were professional and hard working.

They did an exceptional job. I was contacted on the day of the appointment to let me know their estimated arrival time. The work was completed promptly and professionally. They walked me around and answered all my questions. They cleaned the garage doors for no extra charge. I need to have a few pieces of siding replaced and they will be doing that work too!

Doug and another guy came out and washed the house and garage.  They did a great job and were quick about it.  The job took about an hour.  I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Very personable and easy going.  The job was postponed a couple of times due to weather but they were quick to come out as soon as the conditions were amicable.  The house looks brand new!

An FCT truck was parked next to me at the bank and I just decided to call the number.  Doug answered and said he could come out later in the week and give me an estimate.  He showed up on a Saturday morning when he said he would (rare these days).  I wanted the deck stained but he recommended paint since the deck had been previously painted and is old and cracked.  He offered a new coating for older decks but I opted for the paint.  I selected a color and left for the day.  Two other guys had shown up so when I came home it was all done, same day!  I thought I was just going to get an estimate but I went ahead and just said do it.  The deck looks great!  It is close to neighbors and I have plants but nothing was disturbed, all went well.  I highly recommend them.

They started on the job promptly and worked the job until it was finished. The quality of the work was superior and they were very good to work with. They went beyond what was expected to assure our satisfaction. We highly recommend them.

Our experience with this company was fantastic. First their price was better than any of the estimates we received and they showed up on time as promised and did a wonderful job. The home is getting ready to be sold and with their help the place looks great. I would tell everyone to use them for deck cleaning or repair.

We were pleased overall with our experience with FCT.  We were walked thru many aspects of the quotes and eventually settled with the services provided, we had been thinking about staining our deck and FCT did not try to upsell us on the stain.  Our deck is particularly interesting with some lattice and a pergola that unfortunately wasn't safe enough for FCT to be able to pressure wash the top of.  While that was disappointing, FCT made up for that by hitting some additional areas that were not part of the initial quote.  They were helpful in explaining things that looked like that hadn't been done but were done, and when it was noticed that a spot was missed, they immediately got the washer out of the truck and fixed the problem with no arguments.  They even came back after we took our pool cover off for the summer and finished the job a couple weeks later at no extra charge.  We will call FCT first when we have the service done again in a few years.

Doug and Jon helped with suggestions as to the type of stain and worked with us as to the color. They did a sample stain of part of the house for me to evaluate, and then redid it when the color wasn't right. The father and son team was professional, pleasant and worked well together.  The cleaned up at the end of each day.  At job end, they took away the old wood from the deck reflooring leaving our house looking 100% better, our little deck secure  and our yard tidy.
