We've been using them for few years and they're just always been very straight forward with our options and what we can do. They've always just been very helpful in helping us figure out what we do for our vehicles.

I brought the car in about 2 weeks earlier to check on the engine light and the rough acceleration that I was experiencing. They diagnosed the problem and we discussed the possible solutions. I was really surprised when there was no charge for the service and time that was spent checking my car. I felt very comfortable after leaving, so decided I would use them in the future. So, I knew it was time for my brakes to be done and took my car back to them. Was called at work and given the information on what needed to be done and the cost. Parts were ordered and I picked up my car the following day. Eldersburg Car Care does excellent work and they have great customer service. Would definitely us them again and refer them to friends and neighbors.

They do anything that is not simple stuff. They do all of my car work and are excellent. They will take the time to look at the car, listen and talk to me and do not pressure me into buying anything. They do the job right the first time and I do not have to come back. It is a one time thing. There prices are what you would expect. They meet or are under their estimate. I went somewhere else for an oil change once. They told me the rack and pinion was bad. I took it back to Eldersburg and they looked at it. It just had a bad hose and they replaced it. If I need work done that they do not do then they will find a place and have it repaired for me. They are friendly and nice. We recommend them to everyone.
