I hired Northrop to help me sell my property in Maryland. My expectation was that I get an email or phone call once per month with personal information such as; how many people visited the property, how many calls, and advice on sales price, etc ... I had to fire the first listing agent for inadequate communication and just pure neglect. I sent an email to Creig and although he provided me another listing agent, he did so with absolutely no proactive communication to me. The second listing agent was more personal but sent me automated links that boasted about all the web sites my property was listed on but when I complained about how there was no useful information such as: how many hits to the web site, etc ... and how the email says: " Click here for your report" and no report comes up, I was completely dissatisfied with the response.Creig was absolutely absent and had no interest in my bad experience and so I ask this question:If these people can't be bothered to provide proactive monthly calls to their customers whom trust them to list the properties then what makes you think they actually adeqeuately and proactively return calls from prospective buyers? My Advice: Go somewhere else if you want to sell your property with a professional. In my opinion these people are not adequately professional.
