Excellent estimation, scheduling, and job done quickly and professionally. Brought in the shutter ahead of time to allow me paint it before it was installed.

A longtime local contractor whom we had used but no longer had a handyman service referred us to this company. We had had a wind storm and more rain was on the way, and a lot of homes in the area had blue tarps on them or were being repaired. We lost several shingles on a first story roof. We called Classic Exteriors, a gentleman came right over, he was prompt and professional. Due to more pending rain he told me that he could place a temporary patch and then we could look at it again after the rain past. The cost would be $250. The first story roof was not more than three years old and we did not want the new interior damaged since the rain was coming, so I agreed to the temporary patch. This was about two months ago, the tarp is still there, they never followed up!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Tim Viverette did the initial inspection and estimate, and he jexplained everything to me as he walked the roof and again in more detail on the ground. The man has been in this business for 25 years and really knows his stuff. He took his time, explained the advantages/disadvantages of different options, and was simply more professional than any other roofing contractor I've dealt with. He provided a written estimate via e-mail and communicated with me frequently via phone and e-mail.
The crew showed up at about 6:30am and worked until 7:00pm. They worked their rear ends off and did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and likeable. They were also extremely attentive to cleaning everything up and hauling away the debris - the yard and shrubbery were spotless when they finished.
Tim Viverette came over to do a Quality Control review a couple of days later. He walked the roof and found one shingle (one!) that he thought could be installed better, so he's sending a service guy over to replace that shingle.
Classic Exteriors provided a balance of superb professionalism and competitive pricing. I recommend them to you without hesitation.

All went very well.  Had to 2 spots in the gutters where water was dripping through but they came right back out to fix the issue.

This company was excellent! They did all work professionally and exactly as scheduled. Their care of my landscaping was excellent and the cleanup was outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone and will use them again in the future! I could not be more pleased!

Tim was fantastic. Very professional and gave us a fantastic price. Only reason the work wasn't done is we decided to pursue a different project rather than the roof this year.

They called back, showed up and did the work, confidently. I felt it was a small job but they did it anyway. They did it for the price that they said they said they, would. They were reasonably priced; we had got estimates from others which were, more. They don't do general handyman work their main business is siding and exterior work on your house; but, I would use them for similar work. I am still looking for a general handyman.

I was happy to find this roofing contractor to replace the cracked vent pipe collars. The field manager (TIM) was excellent and nice enought to go up to the attic to access the water leaks from vent pipe. I liked thier professionalism and quality for a small job. I highly recommend thier service for roof repair.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated. Mr. Viverette was persistent in his efforts to discover the root cause of the problem even though it was not clear that the solution would necessarily result in work for his company. He was unfailingly generous with his time and completely professional in his manner. The workmen who did the job were also professional, pleasant and punctual and were neat and thorough in their work. It was a great pleasure to work with Mr. Viverette and the company.

On the first contact with Tim, I felt that I had finally found someone with pride in his work and was an ethical business man. I was not disappointed. He was responsive to me throughout the whole project and got the work done in a timely fashion. If there was a delay, he was quick to notify me and still called after the work was done to make sure it was to my satisfaction.

The crew came early and explained everything that would happen. They were clean, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. Amazing for roofing contractors.

THIS COMPANY DID WONDERFUL JOB ON OUR GUTTERS. THE WATER HAS STOPPED COMING OVER THE SIDE OF THE GUTTERS AS WELL. THE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
