They were prompt and on time. However, they did not thoroughly clean up after the work was completed. The work they did, as far as the drywall in the basement, was not professionally done. It was not smoothed out at the seams and some pieces were not seamed at all. Some of the nails were visible and the spackling was not done in some areas. There was some water damage under the window sills in the bedrooms, which they were to repair. They did not remove the damage, they just spackled over it. I had an escrow account from the bank so I had a set amount to work with. I explained that I needed them to come out to give me an estimate for all the work I needed done for finishing the work in the basement, installing fixtures in the bathrooms, and repairing water damage. The first thing he did when he came out was to ask me how much I had to spend. When I went through the house and told him what needed to be done, he did not write down anything. Instead he stopped me and advised me that I had already gone over the amount that was sent aside to spend. I ended up having to spend more to get a fraction of the job done than some of the previous estimates from other contractors.
