Andres and Salvador did a wonderful job washing our house. Andres went above and beyond, figuring out how to remove our old window shutters so he could wash the brick behind them. (He had to balance himself on a ladder in the tight space between the house and the bushes, while using tools at the same time to pry the shutters off!) He was able to remove the paint-bleed stains on our brick, and the whole house looks brighter and more beautiful than it's looked in decades. Our concrete porch and front path were horribly dingy and mottled before, but now they are shining like new. And Salvador restored the beauty of our stone patio, which now looks like an art mosaic. They both worked very hard, and they're also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!

Overall project completion went very well. Andres (owner) arrived on time and was ready to work. Very personable and knowledgeable about how to fix a problem with patio. Did some minor extra pressure washing but included it in the original quote. Very pleased with results and would certainly consider Andres for future pressure washing projects.

Andres went above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely professional from start to finish, provided an excellent (and fair) quote, completed the work in the timeframe promised (even in pouring down rain!) and also went the extra mile and pressure washed my shed. I am very pleased with the work Andres performed. He respondedd quickly from my initial request and throughout the time it took to actually do the work. He also sent me a message when he thought his prior engagement would over run and make him late to begin my work. Upon arrival he gave me a copy of his certificate of insurance (something everyone should ask for and receive from a contractor) and a brochure. He explained the entire process and listened attentively to my concerns and what I sought to have accomplished. Needless to say, I was more than happy with the result.

Andres was fantastic from start to finish - quickly responsive on the phone, in confirming the appointment, and in the work done. We had never had our house pressure washed before and it really does look like new now, same for patio and other exterior areas that he washed. On top of that, he worked through cold and wet conditions to finish the job. An easy recommend for anyone looking for these services in the Baltimore area.

Very well. He spent time cleaning thoroughly, going over areas that needed more cleaning to remove all dirt. He was extremely meticulous, professional and always checking to see that he power-washed completely. When finished, he had me check the work before he left to make sure I was satisfied with his the job. He does excellent work and follows through., Would hire him again.

I called Andres (owner) on a Saturday and by Tuesday morning he arrived at my house, on time, to power wash our siding and additional exterior surfaces (concrete patio and brick flower bed/chimney). It looked fantastic. Andres actually power washed a neighbors house a few houses down from mine the next week and noticed a spot on the chimney that he thought didn’t look to great. So he called me to see if he could come over that same day to take care of it. Great service from top to bottom and highly recommended.

FANTASTIC! We have lived in our house for 4 yrs., not sure if the deck had ever been cleaned. Andres did a great job! The deck looks like new. Even the stairwell to the basement looks good. Some stains in the cement were too imbedded to come out totally, but we are very pleased with the results. I would HIGHLY recommend Baltimore PowerWashers.
