The Deluca team did a great job on our deck and roof.  Very professional and committed to quality workmanship.  They showed up exactly as expected and completed all the work to perfection.  Will be using them for all my projects in the future.

We needed extra space for a lot of reasons in our 3 bedroom house in Columbia. We wanted to build a room over our one car garage and family room. I heard from a friend that she had put on an addition the previous fall and when I asked her how it went, she said, and quot;They were great, on time, on budget and easy to work withand quot;. That's how I called AJ Deluca. The lead contractor, Matt came out and met with us 3 times to talk about what we wanted, to meet with our architect, and to finalize our plans. He handled all the subcontracts including drywall, roofers, electricians, plumbers, insulation, etc. Its very scary letting someone rip the roof off of your house but I felt confident that he was going to be there for us through this whole job.
We now have an office/guest room, large walk in closet, full bathroom and laundry room above our one car garage.
Matt was very accessible and responded to calls/texts immediately. He would let us know what to expect and when we would need to have certain items (lighting fixtures, appliances) picked out or purchased. There were a few things that we ended up spending a little more on (by choice) and he helped us see where we could save money or make better choices. Once the job was almost done, there were little things that needed to be revisited (the screens were loose in some windows, a door needed repainting). For all these things Matt would come out, take a look and send someone to fix it.
Its has been about a year since they built our addition and we are still very happy with it. I noticed a little crack on the shower grout and a squeak on the floor about a month ago. I emailed Matt and within a week he had someone out to take care of things.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They are really good at what they do. The employees are professional, and they are more than willing to fix anything about their work that you dislike.

The cost was very fair. The service was wonderful. They were very accommodating, friendly, and flexible. They were a pleasure to work with. We will use them in the future.
