The renovation went very well. I was completely confident we were dealing with an honest man. As with any renovation there were surprises, and delays however Mr. Smith always kept us informed, always presented solutions to choose from, and returned phone calls the same day if we left a message. This project was an investment property. Description of Work: General Contractor for a renovation of a 3 br 1 ba duplex which was damaged on the first floor from a burst pipe. He took the first floor from studs to finished, completely replaced the bathroom, kitchen cabinetry and countertops, and repainted the entire home. He coordinated all trades; electricians, plumbers, HVAC, drywall, painters, and flooring.
