We use NWBB at an apartment building and they are supposed to make 4 pick ups a week. However they do not come unless I call them to pick up the trash. This is ridiculous. We have dumpsters overflowing and THEY DO NOT COME UNLESS I CALL THEM. WE WILL BE ENDING OUR CONTRACT ASAP.
