My A/C wasn't working and I didn't have an appointment. The gentleman working said he wasn't the specialist in air conditioning, but he will just take a look. He looked and it turned out to be a blown fuse. He replaced the fuse free of charge! I was so satisfied with his service that I will be returning in the near future for brake work.
