They had someone else do the work, but I paid that provider. They were fine. They started off to be accommodating because they don't normally replace glass, but they were doing it for me because I had done it before and was using their brand credit card. They subcontracted the work so that it can be charged on my Goodyear credit card. The problem came because there was more work involved, less detail and more cost overrun than had been told to me I was there waiting on the service to be done and no one came to check with me whether or not it was okay to do this extra work. So at the end some items on my car were broken and then they actually wanted to charge me more because they said it was extra work I thought that was crazy. Had they said something when they found out it was not what they thought, they should have said something to me about it costing more, but they just went ahead and did it and charged me the extra cost. I ended up being in the waiting room for four hours for a service they said would take 45 minutes to an hour; it was a long day. They could have just let me know when they ran into an issue. Normally they do, I will say that. They also did not fix the piece they broke to do the work. The attitude of the manager was that they should not have done the work in the first place.
