+ 0 moreMike always showed up on time, Along with his assistant-cleaned up after work each day. He uses the best materials and is a perfectionist-he brought in competent professionals for plumbing and electric. He was very comfortable to have around, trustworthy- never worried about him being in the house if I wasn't there, he really takes pride in his work.
Description of Work: New floor tiles bath fixtures in hall bathroom complete remodel of master bath-tub removal, Vanity old toilet-replaced with new tile flooring, Vanity toilet, lights, shower with subway tiles.

+ -1 moreHe is a busy contractor, but once he starts a job he works quickly and thoroughly. While he isn't the cheapest, his prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. He cleans up at the end of each day and is very courteous. I plan in using him for future projects.
Description of Work: I have used this contractor for several years. In August 2014 he transformed an ugly building with only a roof and chicken wire on the sides into a beautiful garden shed. The most recent work was various odds & ends including installing a double gate to our fence and fixing tile, oak flooring and molding in our mud room that our dog had chewed on.

+ 2 moreMike provides a detailed estimate up front. Work was started when promised and proceeded on schedule with the necessary intermediate breaks for items such as granite installation and painters. Mike is excellent when it comes to communicating and keeping his work schedule for your project.
Description of Work: Most recent work was performed in April/June of 2012. It was a complete remodel of the main foyer, hallway and powder room along with removing and replacing all flooring in the foyer, hallway, dining room, powder room and kitchen with 3/4" Shaw hardwood flooring. This included demo of the old powder room and installation of new vanity, plumbing fixtures and toilet along with installation of crown molding and wainscoting throughout the foyer and stairway. Did not include granite install, paint or carpet.
