Excellent! I had problems with my air conditioning - not cooling and leaking in the basement. They found the problems, fixed everything. They got here the same day I called. They explained everything. They are the best. I will use Holbrook Heating and Air in the future.

What a joy to have someone like the Holbrooks to repair my a/c! They are extremely knowledgable about their profession and take great pride in their work. They were prompt in arriving for my appointment and also very respective of my home and me. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my air conditioning needs.

Janet returned our call promptly and wanted to come out immediately to fix the problem. On a Friday evening. It wasn't that critical, so it was fixed on Saturday morning. No extra charge for after hours or weekends. They respond as soon as possible to all calls, no matter the day or time. Their charges have always been reasonable and fair.I wish every business we dealt with was as organized and devoted to customer service as Larry and Janet are.
