VIKING MECHANICAL SVC

My AC unit was not cooling the house. I noticed both the outside and inside units iced over. So I shut the unit off and placed a call to my Warranty company at the time HMS. Viking contacted me and could not come out until the next week. On June 22, 2016, the tech came out and the description described on my receipt was " Found system undercharged, found no major leaks, added Refrigerant, 410A. I paid my $100 deductible and he was on his way. Well, two days later, the same issue occurred, house not cooling, units icing again. The same guy returned on June 27, 2016 but this time, he stated the compressor was bad in the A/C condenser and the valves were bad, he proceeded to submit a claim to the warranty company. Finally on July 25, 2016, (mind you I was without A/C this ENTIRE time) he returned to replace the bad compressor and control board in the furnace (Oh yeah, did I mention I had to pay an additional $183). This lasted approximately two weeks and we happen to run into August, no more hot days, no need to run A/C.. Well it is now, one year later and guess what??? I'm having the same issue!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SET YOUR CONSUMERS up for failure dealing with this bogus incompetent company, they are complete scam artists along with the warranty company. Putting band aids on issues and not resolving them.
