overcharged for hours not performed -   disappointed -   this seems to be an issue with most housecleaners -   good for a while then it becomes so routine that they forget to be thorough and often becomes a hit or miss job.   This disappointments me as I always explain that this is an issue and it is important that each week is always worth the money that I invest in their performance.

They are extremely friendly and very trusting.  I never have to worry about leaving items out when I leave the building.  They are very accommodating and they do a really good job.

I was satisfied.

I was happy with their services. There were five or six people who came to do the work. They were very professional. They did a very good job. They were very consciousness. The team was very good. I would use them in the future.

They were wonderful. It's been a while since we dealt with them but we had major mold problem in our basement and the basement had to be completely de-molded and rebuilt. The job isn't finished because of the snow and stuff we had here. They've got the last little bit left and we owe them a little bit of money. For the amount of work they did here for us, they were just unbelievably great to work with. We attempted to get three other estimates before they came. Two people who showed up and said it was a problem never even gave us an estimate. The third person, who gave us an estimate, gave us the price including the waterproofing in the basement, and it turned out that they had been a waterproofing company before and they just started this other stuff. We didn't need any of that waterproofing done. Schuman is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The guys came back and we had to fix things and change things. There was so much stuff that went on; things had to be taken off and put back. Other things were done one way, and it turned out we had to have them put another way. They were unbelievably fair with everything. They wanted everything right. When there were problems, they went back and made sure everything was fixed as quickly as they could. I just cannot say enough for them and they did a phenomenal job. They have more than one service and after we finish all those things that have to be done, they have got a cleaning service as well. They are going to come and do a detailed cleaning for us. I am happy to use them. The company won an IBEX award in 2008. If anyone made mistakes, and as soon as we reported it, they were quick to respond, and they came and fixed everything. If it still wasn't right they fixed it again till it was right. They were one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Over the years I have seen these kinds of things. There were no excuses. They were sorry and saw how they could make things right for you. That is how they really felt about everything and it would be a great company to include on your list. I got through to them through another person. They didn't test to begin with because there was mold all over. They did the test at the end. We cleaned most of the stuff in the basement ourselves. I have some space off the basement that they also did for me, because I had some raccoons that had gone in there and made a mess of it. They had to do the same thing basically to the off space that they had done to the main space. They sealed that off for us. It is now a refinished basement again. They literally ripped things apart and put it all back together. Their pricing was reasonable and their quality was great. Some of the price was covered by our insurance. They had very specific procedures to be followed to do all that. I would call them first if I needed help from them.
