ROI Contracting

The work was extremely high quality and the price was very reasonable. Aaron made some excellent suggestions related to the venting and the icemaker line that improved things significantly but did not cost a lot. He had two guys who worked with him - one did the floor and the other worked on everything else. Aaron was very responsive when we had questions or issues. We changed our mind about one thing and asked him to replace some cabinets, and he did it at minimal expense. Logisitcally, it was a tricky job because we bought our counter through Lowes and Lowes would not do the counter template until the base cabinets were in. But then it was going to be two weeks till the counter came. So ROI put the old counter back for us temporarily and reconnected the sink while we waited for the granite countertop. Then they came out the day before the counter installation to disconnect the sink. And they came the day after the counter installation to connect the new sink and faucet to the new countertop. I was very pleased that they were able to come out both the day before and the day after the countertop installation. They really tried to minimize out kitchen downtime. Our house is old and everything is crooked/out of plumb. Joe, who did the cabinets, spent a lot of time putting in shims and making sure everything lined up and looked great. The floor looks great also.
