I WOULD CONSIDER HIM PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND HIGH QUALITY. HIS PRICES ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE, BUT HE CAN TAKE SOME TIME TO GET BACK TO YOU, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
