About us
Edge of the Bay Appliance is a Factory Certified Servicer for Sub Zero And Wolf appliances. We strive to provide same business day/next business day service for Sub Zero Refrigerators that are not cooling or freezing. Our main goal or objective is to repair any Sub Zero or Wolf Product on the first trip or return in a short period of time with parts, if not stocked. We have an extensive inventory of parts to obtain this goal, although it is impossible to repair every product on the first trip. We also service other brands listed in "Services Offered" section. Scheduled customers are called with a two hour window of arrival in the morning of the date of service. We offer first call appointments, although they are limited, as well as am or pm appointments as requested if geographically possible in existing schedules.
