I cannot say enough about what a fabulous experience we had with this company. starting from the very beginning when I first called one evening after business hours expecting to get a voicemail and received a friendly person instead. they were over-the-moon prompt, professional, courteous and productive workers. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Our move went very smoothly! The crew was always prompt, courteous and very efficient. I had changed my mind a few times over where I wanted our household goods placed and the changes were always met with a smile and courtesy. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

These people are FANTASTIC. They did a long distance move for me and my son who is 4. My son kept wanting to help and was getting in their way while they were wrapping up stuff and they didn't miss a beat! They smiled and played with him and STILL packed up my house in record time. When I needed a bunk bed assembled in my new home they said, "Don't worry. If you don't like how it is positioned in the room we will take it all down and do it in a different spot. We just want you to be happy." | |Then they charged even LESS than they quoted me. My mouth dropped. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. And Jennifer (who I dealt with for the paying of services) was so nice and worked with me on payment since I was getting relocation assistance from my job and didn't have the funds yet. I'm telling you these people are freaking angels!!!

It went very well. They were on time, very respectful and careful with our furniture.

After selecting Delmarva a few weeks earlier, I was only able to give them two days notice when my mother was told she would be released from rehab. Jennifer found a way to fit us in on the only day that would work - I would have had to find another mover had they been less flexible.
Movers arrived on time and followed directions perfectly. Too perfectly, really - we were loaded up and halfway to the assisted living place when I realized we hadn't moved the mattresses for the bed. My original plan - and the directions I gave the movers - had been to move just the bed and new mattresses were arriving from another source. I called the truck with my cell and asked them to go back. We went back, loaded the mattresses, and completed the move a half hour later.
The destination presented a few obstacles - the only elevators are also used by the residents; no service elevator. The carry from the elevator to my mom's room was very long. The movers did everything perfectly.
I've moved many times in my life (15?). This was surely the smallest and shortest of all the moves, but it was also the most flawless (except for my mistake). Nice job!

I recently bought a new bedroom set that I had them move and set up for me.The set included a huge armoire that they actually had to disassemble to get upstairs safely. Drew really does great work and is very professional. He always treats my property as if it were his own. They never get anything dirty or damage any walls. The also recently moved my wife's office to a new location. Once again, he did a fantastic job with this project. I will use him again in the future.

Cordial and cooperative change of date at my request. Easy to contact by phone. On time. Experienced piano movers, a critical requirement. Helpful in boxing some last minute items. Friendly and cordial crew. Most items made it to the correct rooms. Overall were very competent. There was a small amount of crushing and minor breakage, probably from load shifting rather than mishandling. I was surprised at the absence of a formal contract in advance. Rate was very competitive and I would contract them again.

The people working on the truck have been doing this kind of work for years. They were efficient, safe, and complete in the services they provided. They were courteous and worked quickly to accomplish the task.
