He was able to seal my crawl space and build a wall for me from the inside out due to the proximity of my neighbors wall. He just finished repairing cracked and lifted tile in my basement, he made sure that not only the new grout was sealed but he sealed the old grout as well. He is now doing work on my roof deck, he is going to replace all the bad beams, put in screws versus just nails and powerwash and reseal it for $1800.00. He does things right, he is going to be a little pricier but he works around your schedule, tries to be as reasonable as he can with price and he doesn't leave anything unturned. He is great!
