 + -1 moreMR. BURCH WAS GREAT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THE PRICE THAT WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE WAS $25 LESS THEN WHAT HE QUOTED AFTER HE COMPLETED THE INSPECTION, BUT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
Description of Work: A THOROUGH HOME INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED ON A HOME THAT I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING. THE PRICE WAS PAID UP FRONT.
