We saw Bowling Electric Inc on Angie's List and called them. The owner came out that afternoon to assess the situation. He said that they could do the job the following morning. Twenty-four hours after our first call, the job was done. We were thrilled.

After checking Angie's list I was able to find a local, recommended electrician. I called, they answered, good start. I just happened to get the owner, Steve, and he was very helpful. They were able to fit me in the schedule the same day. Great service, very professional, quality work.

For some inexplicable reason, when we returned from a vacation, two of our ceiling fan remotes would not operate our ceiling fans. Bowling Electric responded and fixed the problem promptly, professionally with an alternative solution which was much too out liking.

On Tuesday afternoon, Steve called and said his crew would be at the house first thing the next morning. My wife took off work to be home, and when they didn't show up, she called to determine what was going on. (Steve only had my cell phone number, and I was out of state in a location where cell phones were prohibited, so I couldn't get his call from earlier that morning.) When my wife called, Steve told her that an emergency had come up at another job, and said he had needed to re-direct his workers to that site. However, because she had taken a day off, he told her that he and his crew would still be at the house either later in the afternoon or that evening to fix the problem. True to his word, he showed up around 3:00 p.m., and his crew appeared a short time later. They were able to fix the major issues in a few hours, and then Steve came back the next morning to take care of the other, minor, issues. It was a great job, and a great effort, by a great team!
