I needed to cross the Bay Bridge to get home but the engine on my Dodge Caravan started running really rough and misfiring so bad that I could not risk crossing the bridge. I pulled into Bayside Auto, it was around 3:00 pm on Monday, July 16, 2018. I was dreading having to rent a car to get back to Kensington, MD, but Bayside said they had an opening and they would take a quick look to see if it was something easy to fix. They worked on my car immediately, replaced the spark plugs and fixed the problem, test drove the vehicle and sent us on our way by 5:10 pm. They were polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Bayside Auto.

My daughter-in-law had been having continuing problems with her car. She went to a mechanic at her home in NYC, but the problems were not resolved. I arranged to have Allen's Auto Service check out the car while she was in the area. They solved all of the problems and returned a car she could reply on.That is what we have come to expect from Allen's: an honest job done well.

An appointment was set. They were punctual, neat, and quick. The service was performed properly and at about 20 percent of the cost of the dealer. They take a great interest in their job and quality of their work.
