OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS LENNY. HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE SAID HE NEEDED TO ORDER THE PART BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF OUR UNIT, BUT THEN MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO SUPPLIERS IN THE AREA, AND SECURED THE PART THE SAME DAY SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE ANY FOOD SPOIL.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE PRICE. IT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE OLD WASHING MACHINE THAT WE HAVE. IT TOOK THEM TOO LONG TO RESPOND TO MY CALL ABOUT TWO WEEKS.
