EXCELLENT!!!!! Perry Watson of American Eagle Pro Services was so easy to work with and provided outstanding service. It has been a long road to come to this juncture and I am very pleased Perry was with me all the way. in preparation of selling this home, In late March I had the air conditioning/heating unit serviced. Mold was discovered int he air handler. No mold was visible on the walls, windows or anywhere except on the air handler wires. I hired a company MJ Home Services Inc out of Glen Bernie, MD to clean the air ducts, furnace , blower motor and sanitize all the interior passages. I thought everything was done properly and all was good. When the buyer had a home inspection and an air test done, the result showed high levels of Mold. The buyer specifically required work to be done to remediate the mold issue and also required MJ services not be used. The home inspection company, upon my request, recommended a Mold Remediation company, American Eagle Pro Services owned by Perry Watson, a certified Hygenist. I contacted Perry and he did an inspection of the property and provided me with an estimate of work. He talked with the buyer (on my behalf as an expert) to have the addendum properly worded. He noticed that it was not correctly worded to remediate with positive results. He spent a fair amount of time with me discussing the issue and also commented on no visible mold in the home. He was easy to work with, calm and professional at all times. It was a very stressful experience and Perry had a way to make me more calm. I highly recommend this company for any mold remediation.

Mr. Watson, the owner, and the American Eagle team saved the day for us. We are very grateful and appreciative of their professionalism in an industry that has no federal regulation at this time. Mr. Watson and his team were instrumental in ensuring that mold was removed from our home in a professional manner consistent with industry guidelines. We called in Mr. Watson and American Eagle Professional Services after having already hired a mold remediator who insisted the mold in the house was and quot;surface moldand quot; and who followed almost none of the industry guidelines for mold remediation. As you might guess, we were a bit wary of working with another company since we had already spent a lot of money without satisfactory results. However, he came highly recommended and we couldn't move into our house with a 2 year old until the mold was dealt with. Mr. Watson was very clear when working with us that he would not know the exact nature of the work to be performed (and therefore the exact cost) until the job was started and we were able to see how much hidden mold may exist in the house. However, he gave us a very detailed, itemized good faith estimate that gave us a good sense of the work that his team would provide. (I emphasize this because the prospect of hiring someone who cannot provide a final cost is very daunting. However, after doing more homework on mold and mold remediation we realized that it is impossible to know what you're going to find, and therefore Mr. Watson's advice -- and estimate -- was very sound.) Mr. Watson hired a third party to perform air sampling immediately prior to beginning work and again a few days after he finished work. He wanted the air to settle in the house before taking the final sample, to ensure that there wasn't something that was missed. He shared the results of both tests with us and explained what the readings meant. Mr. Watson showed us where the prior remediator had missed clear evidence of water intrusion, and explained what he would be doing to look for and address any mold that was found. He also showed us where there was paneling in the basement the prior remediator said was FINE but actually had mold growing on the back side. Mr. Watson explained that even dead mold can cause respiratory issues, and recommended that any remediation include ensuring the removal of all mold found. American Eagle showed up on time and immediately set up a containment area to ensure that no disturbed mold would be accidentally tracked throughout the rest of the house. They found a substantial amount of mold in between two bedrooms with the highest air count of mold particles. They kept pulling away drywall discovering thick, black mold and worked until there was no more mold found. His team took NO shortcuts. This team performed a wonderful job and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a provider who demonstrates the highest integrity and adherence to professional standards.
