Excellent work. They arrived, got to work, and finished quickly. Very professional.

They called within minutes of my contacting them, came a day or so thereafter, exactly when they said they would, & they let me know what their charge was for coming out. They re-attached the cable in 5 minutes. I paid them on the spot. Done! I give them an A+ on every point. The $150 was well worth it to keep my stroke-&-dementia-afflicted Beloved off the roof & having his TV back on. The price was exactly what I expected. And Yes, I would call them again if needed, and highly recommend them .

OK, but it took two trips. The first time the techs forgot to bring to the signal meter, so we had to schedule a second visit, which took a long time to schedule. In the end, I thought the techs would have gotten up on the roof and moved the antenna around to get the best signal. Instead, they just told me the signal reading without offering to make any antenna adjustments. They said the reading showed a relatively good signal, and they said the reason I was getting bad reception during rainy, stormy weather was because I have several splitters in my system that weaken the signal from its source.

They showed up on time, did the installation and spent a lot of time and effort to ensure that the antenna worked.

Their communications were great.  When they came across a problem they immediately called me and told me that they would return the same day with the proper length ladder and removed the dish safely.  They even send me pictures of the completed work upon request.

When the television stations changed from analog to digital we discovered that the poor reception in our area was reduced to something less than poor.  So, we decided that we would have an antenna installed instead of paying for cable television.  Action Antenna Earth Satellite gave us an estimate to install the antenna on 11/13/2012.  Thereafter their crews had to return four times to perform the work.  One crew refused to enter the crawl space under the family room to pull the antenna wires.  Twice crews arrived without the needed parts.  When the work was completed, the ground wire from the antenna was nailed to the roof, instead of being attached with standoff brackets as is standard procedure.  At that point however I was so disgusted that I just wanted them to go.  They completed on 11/27/2012 (14 days to do less than eight hours of work.
The only good thing I can say about this outfit is that the antenna, when it was finally installed, does work well.

It went great - when they arrived, we discussed options for running the new wires and came to a solution that worked best for me. They reviewed everything they were going to do with me and even removed the old wiring and antennas. They arrived on time and worked diligently - completing the work in just a few hours. They were great at explaining everything and very courteous and friendly.

I had a really great experience with them before on antenna related products. It is a really excellent company. They take good care of their customers and they helped me get a very good product. They worked with the homeowner's association. They are very customer oriented. They did excellent work and their prices were reasonable.

They arrived promptly. They sized up the situation well. I was pleased with them. Couple of things they could improve, but they were good. I would use them again in the future.

My antenna blew over in the windstorm last Friday night. I noticed it early Saturday morning. I called Action Antenna around 7:40 on Saturday morning, expecting to leave a message, but Brian answered the phone. After I told him my problem, he said he would try to get a crew out that afternoon. He told me that if the antenna was not badly damaged, they would not need to replace it, saving me a substantial amount of money. Due to the jobs they already had scheduled for that Saturday, it was not possible for them to come to my house, although Brian kept checking in with me throughout the day to update me on their progress with the scheduled appointments. We arranged for them to come on Monday, and they agreed to collect the payment from my neighbor since I could not be home. However, as we were expecting thunderstorms on Monday, I called Brian early Monday morning, and asked if they would come Tuesday instead. I didn't want their employees to risk their necks for an antenna! Brian agreed, and I arranged to be home on Tuesday. The technicians Blake and Roger were there Tuesday morning. They said there was no need for a new antenna, that mine was just fine. They didn't have one part they needed on their truck, so I paid them (having full confidence in this company) and left for an appointment. When I came home, the antenna was back up and fully functional. I think this company was exceptional in their service and expertise. They could easily have sold me a new antenna for more money, as I had said that my old one was at least 10 years old, and I would not be averse to getting a new one. However, they convinced me that my antenna was completely adequate, and they saved me several hundred dollars. I am totally satisfied with this company and their employees.

Soon after we installed an new TV antenna and rotor a few years ago, it was jarred loosed from its mounts by a blizzard. When I called the installer for a repair, he was no longer doing TV antennas. I gave up until I joined Angie's list. There were no providers on the list for TV antennas, but the local research team came up with two names. I chose Action. When I finally called, I was scheduled immediately for a service call the following week. The technicians came within an hour of the appointed time, did the work efficiently, charged me simply the normal service charge.

Installers called me at work to let me know they were on the way, and waited until I arrived home. They said they had surveyed the site and recommended an attic (vs rooftop) installation. I asked if they could provide any test readings where signal would be stronger, and they replied that they could not. I should have dismissed them at that point. Competent and well-equipped antenna installers can use a spectrum analyzer to evaluate TV signal strengths at different locations and recommend the optimum location. I decided to allow the attic installation to proceed. Afterwards, they finalized the paperwork and I scanned the skies for channel reception. Much to my chagrin, reception was not very good. Discovered the following problems: 1) Rotator was wired incorrectly, causing it to not work at all. 2) Preamp was mounted too far from the antenna. 3) RG6 cable was cut too short, necessitating a splice to get the connection to reach my STB. 4) Antenna was not oriented at Nort
