I paid Mr. Turner $1500 on January 23, 2023, to install a deck in my townhome. Mr. Turner stated that he will have the deck completed in three days and I will pay him the balance of $5000. He asked me to take care of the HOA approval and he will take care of the permit to build the deck. Mr. Turner has not completed my deck over two months after. he first said he had covid . Then Mr. Turner stopped taking my calls. I called him on my cell phone, he did not respond, I immediately called him on my office phone and he picked up. During the conversation, he said he was going through a divorce. After I reached out to Angi's, Mr Turner called me and said he will stop by my address to complete the deck that week. Mr. Turner stopped by my house asking for more money and got very angry, stating that he will leave the job and go somewhere else where he can make money since I refused to give him more money. I informed Mr Turner that as long as he gets the permit and complete the work, he will get his check whcih was ready since the week he started the project. Mr. Turner stormed off my property with some of his items. I called him back to come get all of his items from my property. Mr. Turner later called me and said that he will need to get the drawing from an Engineer since the Towne of laplata is asking for more Documents and needs more money. I told Mr. Turner to complete the deck and he will get his check. Mr. Turner said it will take the engineers 10 days to complete the drawing. Now that does not make any sense to me. I want this project completed and Mr. Turners tools off my property.

Outstanding work done by Mike and crew. Worked through some very challenging weather. Completed job as promised. Very pleased with work done. Highly recommend.

Mr. Turner did a very good job for me. I called him to find out if he could do the job like that and he said he could. He called me very promptly and he said he was in the area. He gave me a price less than I expected. He did the job the day after and finished the it perfectly. He's a very polite and explained what he was going to do so I knew exactly what's needed to be done

It was outstanding! He did a great job. He did exactly what he's contracted for, did quality work, used quality materials, on time, worked the full day, his schedule was done in 2 weeks that was exactly what he told me prior doing the job, and did good work.

It was pretty good. They were pretty reliable, did a good and nice job on my deck, and cleaned up really good. I haven't had any problem with their work.
