Manny, the owner, was eager to tailor the job to the requirements of my yard.  The crew was energetic and worked hard.  Manny organized the project so that the equipment and big pieces of the tree could be transported across my yard with the minimum damage to my landscaping.  The crew looked like they had good skills.  They climbed the tree and set up ropes so that they could lower the large tree limbs into a small area in my little back yard.

Both experiences were wonderful.  Manny came out and we told him what we wanted, and he made suggestions to which trees should be cut down, which trees should trimmed and I am glad that I listened because I wanted all of the 45 trees gone and because of his advice we kept about half of the trees and our yard is much nicer. 

I would only call Manny at Treeman if we ever needed any of our trees trimmed or removed. 

The crew was very careful to trim the old trees in a way that preserved them and made them more attractive. Removed old poison ivy vines on one tree. Gave advice on a couple other trees that show signs of rot. Helped us think through how to manage a big silver maple that tends to shed limbs. The crew was speedy and very professional. Came at the appointed time and completed the job in a matter of an hour or two.

The previous season we took down a lot of trees in our yard. Some of these were quite large, diameter of 22"+. The tree cutting service had cut the logs into fireplace length, but they weren't split. They were just heavy piles of tree chunks in three places in our back yard. We had several estimates for removal and Jose's was the best. He had done a good job on an emergency tree removal for us last fall, so we were happy to use him again for this job. We had to wait for a few days of decent weather so the ground wouldn't get too torn up, and once it was dry enough we scheduled the work.

Jose's crew came in the morning with a truck and a medium sized bobcat-looking device. They put down plates to protect the front lawn and the machine made frequent trips back and forth to gather more wood to load in the trunk. The guys on the crew worked very efficiently and seemed to take great care not to do any unnecessary damage to our lawn. They had to dump and refill the truck several times, but were able to complete it in one day. They did a really nice job cleaning up as well. We expected much more left over debris, but it really looks good. Better than expected!

I'd definitely use Treeman again. He's a great guy to deal with and so far his crew has always done a really good job.

Jose was great to work with, the tree was taken down perfectly and safely, and the job area was left really clean. I plan on using him again for some additional work down the road, and would definitely recommend Treeman to anyone who needs tree service.

We received estimates from several places. Treeman spent time with us and was respectful of my time. He looked at the trees on my property twice to be sure that we could come up with an accurate plan. There was nothing but a concensus and there was a huge storm in which a large part of a tree feel down with many branches all over the yard. The owner promised that he would pick up all of the excess branches throughout the yard and when I returned home, everything was done and more. I would use the owner of Treeman again without hesitation. He is friendly and honest!

We had two trees along the border of our home and our neighbors and threatening both houses. Our neighbor found Treeman, who was not (until now) listed on Angie's List. We had already gotten a proposal to remove the trees from another service for substantially more money. After confirming that Treeman had an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, we agreed to their price and hired them to cut down both trees and remove the wood from the property. The team arrived as promised, quickly and safely cut down both trees without any damage to either house, and completely cleaned up the work area before leaving. I was very impressed both with Treeman's super competitive price (I saved over $300!) and with their superior service. I would definitely hire them again.
