John and his crew were great! From the day that John and his son, Ryan, came out to give us an estimate ( they were even early, which worked out great for us) till the day they finished the job, we were very happy. This was for a rental property and even our tenant had nothing but nice things to say about these guys and the job they did. They were punctual, professional, pleasant and easy to work with and cleaned up everything when the job was done. We have dealt with a large number of contractors with our rental properties and when we put an addition on our own house and only a handful of those guys are on my small list to continue using. Ryan Construction has been added to that list! We highly recommend them. Thank you John and Ryan.

These guys are one of the best kept secrets in Baltimore. They have remodeled over 80% of my house over the past 3 years. They always show up on time and do everything they promise, and at a much better price than the bigger local companies.

He put a rump on the house at basically no charge and he also did our fence. He got Home Depot to donate the materials and of course he donated his time. He is a very generous man.

I used Ryan Construction. They are good friends of ours so we always kind of get a pretty good deal. What he charges me and what he normally charges are two totally different things. Realistically for other people he is probably extremely easy to get a hold of, for me it is different because as an urgency thing, we made a deal.

John Nichols and his team, including his son Ryan, were always exceptionally professional and accommodating. They performed the work during the day while we were at work, and did an impeccable job. We've had a ton of compliments on the basement, and could not be happier. They worked with us on our budget to get the best result for what we could afford. The communication was fantastic, I always knew what stage the project was in and had no problems getting updates. I can say they definitely put a lot of pride in their work, and are more than willing to work with your requests to make sure the finish project is how you envisioned. I would definitely recommend them.
