He was wonderful.  I need to call him March first for a service call and I will call him back.  In fact the day they were putting my heat and air conditioning in, my heat pump, my water heater started leaking all over the place so they put the hot water heater in also. They were quick.  They were accommodating.  The employers were accommodating, the workmen love Mr. Paxton.  They said he is a family man and he was very fair to them.  He was recommended to me through my grandson.  He was highly recommended.  Even Tammy in the office was wonderful.  The price was competitive.  He did a discount.  I had trouble with my outside unit, but it wasn't their fault.  They came back and responded and they came every day I called them.  That was just a twerk in the system.  It had nothing to do with workmanship, it happened to be a faulty piece of equipment.  They do not do weekend and evening calls, they only work from seven to seven.  But they tell you upfront they do not have a twenty-four hour call.  That's the only thing.  My system went down on a Friday.  But as soon as they got the call, they called me right away and said they would be right over.  So they do do things as soon as they get them.

Fran and staff were an absolute joy. They were professional and cleaned up everyday - even vacuumed the attic. They even hauled the old window air conditioning unit away. The staff was on time everyday and completed the job within the week as promised. I chose this company for 2 reasons - they were recommended by my real estate agent and were the lowest bid. I would recommend this company (and have) to anyone needing heating and air conditioning work.

Fran was a delight - when I asked him for an estimate on central air he said that the old furnace should be replaced at the same time. I told him that I had only budgeted a certain amount of money for the AC. When he submitted his estimate for the furnace and AC, it was still below my budgeted amount for just the AC. Needless to say I was quite pleased. The work was completed in less than a week working around the general re-modeling and plumbing. The AC is great and the high-efficiency furnace is a big help with the gas bills.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PAXTON PERFORMED. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT A WEEK. THEY ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE EACH MORNING. AT THE END OF THE DAY'S WORK, MY BASEMENT WAS CLEANED OF ANY TRASH OR WORK MATERIALS. FRANK CAME BACK AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED FOR ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SYSTEM.
