I think he took on more than he could handle. He became irritable while he was doing the work. There were a few things missing from our house and when we asked him if he or his subcontractors had moved them he got extremely defensive and used that as an excuse to walk off the job without completing it. He told us the trust was broken and he couldn't work for us anymore. He left us with a leaky roof, crooked tiles in the bathroom, a shoddy paint job and there were several aspects of the project that he never did at all. He had asked us for extra money and then walked off the job a week later. The workmanship is poor and we have had to have much of it repaired by other contractors. We are also in the middle of arbitration with the State Department of Labor Licensing. I would not recommend him to anyone.
