He came out, took a look at the situation, and developed a very pleasing design. It is very attractive, has hand rails, and fits in beautifully with the house. The neighbors commented on it, they thought it looked very nice. He also repaired a bay window, as well as the small roof on it, repaired and replaced rotten wood, and painted it. You would never know it was a replacement. It all fit beautifully. The price was all very reasonable. We definitely got more than our money's worth. He is very good with elderly people. He is a very kind man, very patient. He is just so nice with them, treats them with respect and dignity, he is a real gentleman.
