A great experience !!! Our basement carpet was badly stained and had not been cleaned in 17 years. Shawn came out first to look at it and described in detail how he would approach it. We scheduled a time for the cleaning. Shawn was on time and worked for several hours on the cleaning. After a few days he returned to address a few stains that had resurfaced as the carpet dried. The final result exceeded our expectations! All the stains were completely removed. We were afraid we were going to have to replace the carpet. Thanks to Shawn's experience and hard work our carpet looks like new. He saved us a lot of time and money. He was always on-time, professional, and considerate of our home.

They were very well equipped, having very modern equipment. He washed the rug and the rug remained spotted on the traffic area. I called him and he said that if I wanted my check back he would give it to me, but I said I really wanted a clean rug. He came back out and cleaned the rug again, but it remained spotted. I called him a third time and we scheduled a third cleaning, but he never showed up. He was nice and knowledgeable, but I didn't get good quality work.

"Wow! I'm shocked? We went above and beyond on this gentleman's carpet which was 25+yrs old and this is the thanks we get in return? We did have a third scheduled appointment to try to show this customer that it is not spotting rather matted down wear area's! It's truly unfortunate that we have a bad mark after trying to make an obviously unsatisfied customer happy regardless of how many return trips we make I believe he just wants in his mind to get his money's worth. We had every intention of trying to make this customer happy up until now..it's only been 2 weeks? And we are experiencing a high volume of flooding basements calls which I'm sure everyone would agree takes presidence. I just can't understand how some people would expect a 25+yr old carpet to look brand new especially after never having maintained it..we somehow are supposed to do this and for a mere 140$.. we are truly sorry for your unhappiness with us and do apologize I would have never thought we would have deserved a bad review after making every attempt...if you look all over the Internet you will not find this with any of our customers ever! Truly disappointed and upset by this.."

He took all the parts off the dryer and put them back on. He did some basic maintenance and the dryer doesn’t work any better than before. They are trying to charge me more to come back out.
