My experience with this company was very good. Mr. Herbert came out and gave me a reasonable estimate on a convenient day for me. He very carefully checked all the measurements and discussed with me exactly what I needed to be done. He was willing to modify his work so it would be the exact way I needed. He requested I mail him a check for half the price, which I did. Very shortly after that he returned to doublecheck he had all the correct measurements. We arranged a date for the work. He was there on that day and with a helper completed the work the same day. I needed some bushes to be cut back to allow room for the ramp and he did that. He was also careful to arrange my cable line so it would not be harmed by the ramp. He made sure everything was cleaned up well. I now have a very attractive wood ramp that I really needed for a wheelchair to go down and have also received many compliments on how nice it looks and how perfectly it fits at the bottom against the cement driveway.
Description of Work: I had a wood wheelchair ramp added on leading from the front door to the driveway.
