They charge $16 a week for pool maintenance. They did a very good job and I use them every summer.

It was very professional, he serviced the pool and the hot tub. He was also very kind and a great teacher.

They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonable. I recommend using them.

Great! They gaurantee their work so if something freezes they will fix/replace it. They are licensed and bonded. Gotta watch out for those unlicensed guys out there. You could get stuck with a mess. Always check for a license !!!!

Had to call three times, left messages, before I got a response. That should have been my first clue. Not sure exactly when they arrived but it was at least day earlier than the arrangements I had made with them. I was not home. I specifically made the appointment to ensure I would be home when they were here doing the work. Saw the pump and filter were installed. Got a bill for $195 the new week. Will not use them again and would not recommend them.

The first visit was to troubleshoot and find the root cause of our pump problem with our outdoor spa. The spa is old, so it could have been an issue finding or fixing the failed part, however our serviceman, Maynard, knew where to find the expertise locally. Within a couple of days he was back and had the spa up and running like new. He also inspected the filters and the rest of the spa, and determined that the seals on the filter covers was failing, so he did a quick repair on that too. Communication by A-1 Pools (specifically Maynard) was excellent. He not only returned calls promptly, but provided alternate phone numbers, and made it very clear when he would be available to perform the service and stuck to his word.
