After over 5 months, virtually no task is done, other than the flooring. Tasks is zero. He always has an excuse and blames us. We prepaid for custom cabinets but got the cabinets off the rack, shoddily installed and not completed. The initial estimate of about $40,000 quickly went up almost 50% after the demo was done. Prepaid for a plumber to do gas lines (big red flag that subcontractors do not show up without being prepaid), and was never done. We wasted a lot of money, had a lot of stress and then fired him. He did not even respond. His guaranty of getting things done is worthless, as you know he is lying when he opens his mouth. Even 1/2 stars is too high
