Accommodating, professional, neighborly, and honest. Art's plumping responded quickly, they determined I needed a new hot water heater, re-routed our gas line as requested, and installed the new hotwater heater quickly. They also were wonderful to our four little dachshunds who eventually stopped barking at them. I will definitely be using Art's Plumbing again. Thanks for a job well done!

Art evaluated the hose bib leak last winter and recommended making repairs this spring. He showed up on schedule last week and followed up again this week, repaired the main leak and also addressed another water problem that cropped up after his initial visit/estimate, all at an exceptionally reasonable cost. He was highly professional and friendly to boot. We wouldn't hesitate to contact him for our plumbing-related needs in the future, and will highly recommend him to others.

This vendor returned my call promptly, which was one of the reasons he got my business. Bobby was on time, and he knew exactly what he had to do. He had all the parts that he needed which caused the repair to go more quickly. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

He arrived exactly on time and called from his truck before coming to the door. He was personable and explained everything he did. He showed me the burnt out element he removed and he was in and out in 1 hour. I would highly recommend him!! Very reasonable rates, too!

I highly and unreservedly recommend Art's Plumbing. From the first phone call on, I was treated with respect and dignity. Art is responsive, thorough, masterful in his skill, and has a pleasant way about him. I plan to call him back when I am ready to have a basement bathroom installed.

I called Art when my water heater started leaking one evening. He asked me a couple questions about the water heater i had, then said he would be out first thing in the morning. Art showed up with a new water heater installed it for me. I will continue to use Art's Plumbing inc. for any future plumbing needs, it's a great small family owned company who prides there self on quality.

Our shower valve (Delta faucet) had been leaking for weeks, and we finally decided to get it fixed after I couldn't get the valve assembly apart myself without causing damage. I'd seen YouTube videos on doing this, and some people had done major damage to pipes when trying to extricate these parts with brute force. We called Art one evening because he's local and because of a couple of good reviews. He scheduled us for the next day. On that visit, he encountered the same problem I did. 30+ years or scale left that lock ring (or whatever they call it) hopelessly stuck even after a half hour of work, so he cut the wallboard behind the shower. His cuts were careful and neat, but the builders had put studs right behind the valve! Ugh! This called for a bit more cutting. Not his fault, this stupid house design!! We decided that since he's in the back there anyway, we'd just get the whole shower valve/etc. replaced with a new Moen. Not the cheapest, and half the total cost (or a bit more) was for this new item, but it's a nice unit. This wasn't something he carries around, and he needed a Sawz-all for further work anyway, so he was in and out in only about an hour that day. He came back right on time the next day with the new shower parts, and that took about another hour. He caulked up the overflow drain properly as well, which had been poorly installed years ago. He actually did less cutting of wallboard than I expected, so we're happy about that. Obviously, we'd have rather had just a quick and cheap washer replacement, but when it turned out to be impossible, he did a good job for us: Prompt, on time, friendly. I'd be more than happy to have him back here again to do whatever other plumbing work we need done.

Art's wife set the appointment and was very sweet and concerned about our plumbing problem. She never made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them on their Sunday afternoon. Art was quick, professional, skilled, and thorough. He asked for a price that was more than fair...especially since he had to travel some distance to get to our home. There is no reason to ever call another plumber. If Art can't fix it, it's not worth fixing.
