 + -1 moreOffice Geeks went through detailed analysis of what the problems were, and my experience / complaints on my fathers Dell Laptop. Afterwards, he diligently worked on the laptop for several hours cleaning it up. It was great having courteous, in home professional service. When he was finished, it performed like it did the first day we got it! Writing this review is the least I could do, people deserve to know about Office Geeks!
Description of Work: PC Optimization, Virus Cleaning, Hardrive Organization.

 + -1 moreOffice Geek Rep (Ali) showed up with the graphic card and all the discs he needed in his hand. From start to finish the performed troubleshooting on both computers for about 4 hours. There no were technical suprises, no issues with manners, courtesy, or respect. By the end of it all my computers were like new, he ran something called a defrag on his way out and by the next morning that process was finished too, they were like new computers!
Description of Work: One the first computer; -Graphics card was replaced and updated. -All traces of infection were removed, which sped the computer up significantly. On the second; -Operating System was reinstalled -All data was successfully put back on my PC!
