He's like a handyman.  If you call him for a conversation, it would be good if somebody could speak Spanish there.  He does wood damage repairs, interior, exterior, concrete, carpentry and drywall.  He was fabulous.  He won't do electrical and major plumbing.  He charges by the hour and it was $25 an hour.  I don't know if his rates will change but he charges $25 an hour no matter what he does.  He was very responsive and fabulous.  He was very punctual.  He scheduled to be here at 7:30 in the morning and he was here at 7:30 in the morning.  He was wonderful.  I've recommended him to my friends but only after he finished our stuff.  He did not do anything outside because the weather got too cold.  We have plans for him to do some outside work.  He is very much like a jack of all trades.  We were totally impressed with all that he did.  We named it, he did it.  If he didn't know for sure how to do something, he tried and worked.  He is really quite amazing.
