Walter did a great job. The A/C unit broke, he inspected and said it was the compressor, so I ordered that part directly from the distributor. He was very easy to work with, knows the
units at the Whitman building (9th & M st, NW) very well, and was available
at the drop of a hat to both diagnose the problem and repair it as soon as the part came in (one day advanced notice). He was a
couple/few hours late both times to the appointment, but when he arrived he was ready with all the
tools and very polite to the occupants. After completing the compressor work,
he also inspected all the other appliances in the unit (at her request) and
made a minor fix to the refrigerator water dispenser. Overall, an outstanding
job and great customer service. I will be using him in the future for any of my
advanced repair needs.
