They always do a great job. Four to five people will show up, each with specific tasks, and they go to work. They bring their own supplies, including vacuum cleaner. I do insist on what furniture polish to use, so I supply my own, and they remember to get it from under our kitchen sink. If you have specific things you want them to focus on, just tell them when they arrive. They are sometimes late to arrive, so I call them the morning of the standing appointment day to ask for an estimated time. My husband is home-officed, so if they are late it generally isn't a big deal. Their English skills are a bit limited, but Cristina understands English pretty well. We live in a small townhouse, and the rate they initially quoted for us was $100. We increased in by $10 recently because we feel everyone should get cost-of-living increases. We recommend them highly. We prefer to support small business, and this company definitely is one!
