We are so very pleased with the results of Mark Windsor and his team of workers in providing us with our dream kitchen. We obtained several estimates prior to selecting Windsor Home Improvements. I called 3 of his references and all of them indicated that they were very pleased with the results and will use them again. Mark is quite the professional and he listened to everything we said. He offered suggestions for ideas that we had which he felt would be either counterproductive to our desires or not inline with our budget. His estimate was right on the money. We added a couple of things to the list and the additional expense was within our means. The crew was prompt and cleaned up every day.

Mark was easily accessible and returned all of my calls immediately. He was thorough in providing explanations to questions. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail is exemplary. The pendants over my center island are perfectly aligned and even the screws are all at the same angle! His estimate of the time it would take to complete our renovation was exact. He did not start the job until the cabinets were due to arrive which meant we were without a kitchen for a couple of weeks instead of several months, although we always had access to the refrigerator!

As with any new renovation, there were a couple of nits after the job was completed. However, Mark took care of those items right away. It has been a full year since we had the renovation and I still smile at the wonderful kitchen that was done by Windsor Home Improvements. Give Mark a call.
