Window Ninjas Professional Window Washing

Fred is very professional and polite. He gave me an estimate to replace all the screens on my windows and to clean them. He came out about 2 weeks prior to pick up the screens. He came out on September 15, 2014 to wash all the windows and to put the screens back in. When he first came into my house he changed his shoes and wore gloves so he would not damage anything. He got everything set up and started to work right away. He moved all the items by the window, he put a tarp down, to prevent any damage and cleaned the windows inside and out. The last thing he did was put all the screens back. He did an outstanding job and cleaned up when he was done. I would refer him to anyone planning on getting their windows done or their screens replaced. Great Job!!

Fred was really a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. We live in a high rise apartment on an upper floor, so he was not able to do the outside of those windows that are fixed in place, but those that could be removed he cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and the rest of the windows he did an excellent job of cleaning inside.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Fred Nguyen gave me a written estimate, detailed explanation of what would be cleaned, and provided a specific date and time for the window cleaning. He called the night before to confirm our appointment and arrived on time to do the work. He and his team were organized, methodical, efficient, and moved along like they had been doing this all of their lives. The team works well together seamlessly and with little chit-chat or discussion about how to do the job. Make sure to call in advance because it may be a week or so before they can give you a date for cleaning. They are a new company with good prices and the passion of a new company that works quickly and very efficiently. My windows are sparkling, all of the screens look great, and the mullion inserts are repaired! I am thrilled with the job!
