WHITE OAK FLOORS

White Oak did a great job on our floors and was able to start the job soon after giving us an estimate. They offered four different stains, but in the end we decided not to have them do a stain. Did a good job cleaning up, though there was some inevitable dust left on windows and walls. Overall, very happy with their work.

White Oak Floors were very what you see is what you get. They came in and measured all of the flooring, they took a look to see what they were in for, and they gave me a quote on the spot. The quote was very reasonable and was less than I thought it would be by about $500. I was very pleased with the quote. We scheduled a time 2 weeks in advance and I got a confirmation call the day before regarding the service. They came out and were very pleasant to work with. They were quieter guys, but they did an excellent job. They filled in areas where there were defects in the flooring without me asking them to and it was great. I just couldn't believe how nice it looked when I walked in and I have been living here since then and I haven't changed my mind at all. It was a good investment.

The work was scheduled to occur in Feb. 2010, but we lost power due to the huge snowstorm. The work was quickly and conveniently rescheduled. They did an excellent job matching the color of the stain to the rest of the rooms in the house. They provided me with a written estimate, and they did not exceed their bid. I was able to save some money by moving the furniture myself.Their workmanship was clean and neat. The workers were polite and punctual. Now, two years later, the floors still look great, even with bi weekly mopping.

They did a good job. I spent about $1100. My experience with them was good. They came out, gave me an estimate and included everything in the estimate. They didn’t charge me for moving the furniture. I had done most of it myself and there were just a few pieces. So, they didn’t have to charge me for that. They cleaned up. They were nice to work with and their price was good.

We had a very positive experience. From the beginning, David was professional, courteous, and detail oriented. We negotiated a fantastic rate. The work was completed on time and our home was left clean. The finish is smooth, even, and we like the color. We have since recommended White Oak Floors to our friends.

After getting other estimates, I decided to go with White Oak. We settled on a date and they arrived when they said they would. They worked very diligently and completed the job in one day. It looks fantastic and we will definitely use them for the rest of the rooms.

Very good job. The estimate was quick and the final cost was right on. We actually scheduled the work before some other companies even developed an estimate. The company work with us to stage the job over 3 different days so that the house was always livable. The crew was pleasant and professional, and the quality of the work was very good.

Excellent. They did a great job refinishing the floors, installing the new wood floors (which really look gorgeous), and even the vinyl tile floor in the storage room looks great; as does the entire lower level. If there was something we didn't like, they fixed it immediately. They did more than we asked for, and I've already recommended them to a friend, and they're doing a job for her. We're renovating our house, and felt our contractor's floor guy was too high in price, and got several other bids, but White Oak Floor's bid was the most competitive, and they had the highest rating from Angie's List, where we found them. A great find.

These were excellent workers. They worked constantly for the entire time they were here. They were careful with my furniture, dishes etc. that had to be moved. They used plastic sheeting to protect things from dust etc. Before they left, they replaced all of the furniture, reconnected TV and telephones etc.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THE MEN WERE VERY TALENTED AND HARD WORKING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. MY FLOORS TURNED OUT GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
