It was expensive. The fee was about $400 fee and some closing clause like the transfer tax and all..I worked with a particular broker and I thought she was very efficient. She definitely got me the best rate available at that time, the best interest rate. The prices are pretty competitive. I had done research before I contacted them. There were some issues on some points and it was not the fault of the broker. It was also not lack of clarity.
