Description of Work: Changed batteries in about 6 watches and advised on how to wind and set the 7th one.

Description of Work: I thought my cuckoo clock was broken as I had no idea that it was shut off. It was keeping time but no cuckoo. I went to drop it off expecting that there was a mechanical problem and that it would cost me a lot of money. The owner looked at it right away, set it up on his wall and sure enough...nothing was wrong...it only had to be turned on (duh). If I had dropped off the clock and left, he could have easily led me to believe that he fixed a mechanical problem and charged me as much as the clock was worth but he didn't.

Description of Work: Matt and Eugene, father and son are the very best. They are honest and straight forward. The humor in the shop is great and the attention paid to each customer, that walks into the store, is very kind, honest and responsive. I take my watches and clocks to nobody else.

 + -1 moreGreat place to buy watches and get watch repairs done. High quality items to choose from and a very knowledgable staff. You will not find any bargains here because all items are pretty much rack rate and repairs are priced at a premium. But that being said the workmanship and attention to detail is top notch.
Description of Work: Bought watch for wife, have had three watches sized and repaired since.
