"I as the business owner took responsibility for what had happened the day we moved [member name removed] daughter understanding that my mover stole the laptop from [member name removed] daughter i paid back the whole sum of $700 even though i personally did not see my mover still the laptop or suspect him from stilling. I sincerely regret to lose [member name removed] as a customer due to my mistake. But over the years we have learnt so much and a lot of customers that don't even come to Angie's list to write a review about our good services that we do"
