Their service is reliable. We've never had any issues with coverage as far as cell phone calls, cable reception or access.

The quality of the signal, the lack of downtime, speed and consistency of the services there stand out. We have been with them for maybe 10 years. We have the premium channels for cable, and the internet is high speed.

This is a general review of Verizon FiOS services. I've had FiOS for several years now. The service has been very reliable with only a rare outage, generally caused by poor weather. The selection of services that are available is very good. However, the variety of free "on demand" movies that are available is very poor and is far less than what's available from Comcast. The installation technicians have been very knowledgeable and friendly.

Technician arrived promptly, installed the service, was able to adapt to our specific (unusual) requirements. Total time was about an hour and a half, and the service has worked flawlessly ever since.
